Registering<\/h2>\n

Registering for one of our tours implies acceptance of our general terms and conditions. All registrations shall be accompanied by a deposit of \u20ac100 per person. The balance shall be paid 1 month before the trip. For one-day trips, full payment is required upon registering.<\/p>\n

Recommendations<\/h2>\n

We recommend that you register as soon as you have decided for one or the other of our circuits (and at the latest 1 month before departure for trips of several days), places being allocated in the order of the registration dates.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Luggage<\/h2>\n

We are not responsible for any loss, damage or theft, of small luggage, clothing, suitcases, cameras, camcorders, cellphone, etc., left in the coaches during the journey, which are under the sole responsibility of the travellers. We recommend that participants take out an insurance policy to cover the value of their luggage.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Cancellations<\/h2>\n

We reserve the right to cancel a group trip that does not include a sufficient number of participants. In this case, the traveller may be reimbursed the full amount paid without any compensation on either side. We also reserve the right to substitute one means of transport with another, or a hotel or restaurant for the initially intended one.<\/p>\n

Cancellation fee<\/h2>\n

\n\u2014between 20 and 8 days……………………………………….. 50% the amount of the trip
\n\u2014between 7 and 2 days…………………………………………. 75% the amount of the trip
\n\u2014the day before departure…………………………………….. 90% the amount of the trip
\n\u2014the day of departure…………………………………………… 100% the amount of the trip
\n– for shows, the deduction in the event of cancellation corresponds to the price of the ticket.<\/p>\n

Price<\/h2>\n

Our prices are based on the economic situation for the current year. They could be modified if our service providers oblige us to do so.
\nThey include transport by tourist coach, meals and visits mentioned, accommodation in three-star hotels, on the basis of double rooms. A supplement is provided for people wishing a single room, these can only be allocated within the limit of hotel availability at the time (see flat rate supplement for each trip of several days).
\nWe accept holiday vouchers.
\nNo discount granted for cash payment.
\nEntrance fees for visits to sites, visits to sites, monuments not mentioned in the program, etc., drinks and other personal expenses are not included, except in special cases.<\/p>\n

Departures<\/h2>\n

Departures are planned from the Azergues Valley and the Beaujolais.
